ACG OPEN GYM
is available every Friday (unless noted) so your child can learn and improve his/hers gymnastics skills in a safe environment with trained coaches.
Coaches will assist gymnasts to the best of their ability. Open gym should be used to perfect skills and routines that gymnasts already have, perform drills to master skills they are working on in class or at practice and to
HAVE FUN!

Gymnasts are expected to adhere to all gym rules while at open gym.

OPEN GYM LATE PICK UP POLICY
Pick up for all open gym members is 8:00 pm.
Open Gym is staffed until 8:00pm. It is your responsibility to notify persons who will be responsible for picking up your child/ren of the late pick up policy as it will be due at the time of pick up. A fee of $10.00 per family will be charged for picking up after 8:05pm. The time will be judged by the Ancient City Gymnastics clock. After 8:05 there will be an additional charge of $1.00 per minute
Late fees are due at the time of pick up and are to be paid to the staff on duty waiting with your child. If you know that you will be late, please be considerate and call. You will still be charged the late fee however, it will give your child and the ACG Staff piece of mind.
*If no one has arrived to pick up the child after 30 minutes and no emergency contacts can be reached, police will be notified.
