2023 LEAGUE COMPETITION SCHEDULE & FEE DUE DATES
WHAT IS ACG LEAGUE GYMNASTICS?
ACG League gymnastics allows a recreational gymnast the opportunity to experience competitive gymnastics and be a part of a team of friends. ACG League gymnasts compete at informal competitions in-house. League gymnastics is an introduction to competitive gymnastics without the pressure.
Gymnasts who take part in the Gymnastics League will learn their routines during their league practice. Gymnasts will learn routines and perform on all events Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor Exercise.
Gymnasts will be assigned to a team and perform individually, receiving a score for each event and the total of those scores compile the team overall score. The teams compete as a group, and are not ranked as individuals. There are no individual awards and every athlete receives a Team ribbon at every meet.
. League class sizes are limited to 10 students per coach. The curriculum includes conditioning, skill development and routines on vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise.

*Meet fees will be auto drafted on the dates listed above. There is a $5.00 fee for all declined or late payments. Your account must be up to date in order for your athlete to participate in a competition.
WHY JOIN THE GYMNASTICS LEAGUE?
Our in house gymnastics league is an introduction to competition, but without the pressure. Our program is designed to focus on quality competitive training, building friendships, team work and good sportsmanship. Most importantly it will prepare your gymnast for when they are ready to join our traveling competitive team.
WHO CAN JOIN?
Any gymnast between the ages of 6-15 years of age.
The GREAT thing with our ACG League program is it eliminates the stresses of a real competition in several ways:
1.There coach will be with them on every event, so if they forget what to do next the coach will remind them.
2.The coaches will spot the gymnast for any skill that they need. This way the gymnast will have no need to worry if there is a skill they are not able to do yet.
3.Every child gets a ribbon for each event they compete in. They get different colored ribbons depending on their team scores.
*At the championship meet everyone gets a trophy or medal.
REQUIREMENTS:
Members of the Gymnastics League must attend their league practices each week where they will practice and perfect routines in preparation the League meets. Keep in mind your team members are counting on you!
HOW LONG DOES A LEAGUE SEASON LAST?
League runs from Session 10 (September 2022) thru April 2023

LEAGUE LEVELS
Level 1 - Beginner Level 2 - Intermediate Level 3 - Advanced
Each Level will have there own set of Routine Requirements.
**No one team will be filled with gymnasts of a higher or lower level.
Each team will be divided up equally (to the best of our ability) with gymnasts from all
levels being placed on a team together.
PRACTICE TIMES : Once registration closes the teams will be put together. Once the teams
are decided you will receive a phone call from your child's coach welcoming them to their
team.
LEAGUE FEES
If you are not an Ancient City Gymnastics member registration fee is $65.00.
If you are a member and have already paid your annual registration fee that is all you need.
***You will NOT be charged again if you join the League***

-Payment is per 4 week session
-You must sign up for auto pay when you join the League.
UNIFORM
-Team Leotard ($55.00) - Must be purchased at the time of registration
COMPETITION FEES
Each League gymnast is required to compete in all 4 meets per season.
Each meet will have an entry fee.
Meet 1 - $25.00 | Meet 2 - $25.00 | Meet 3 - $25.00 | Meet 4 (Championship Meet) - $30.00
**League prices are not pro-rated and there are no make-ups or refunds.
**If, for any reason, a gymnast is scratched from competing in a meet there will be no refunds.
